Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of lumhosting.com and every order you place through it. Reading the site or buying from it means you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, please do not use the store.

1. Who you are dealing with

Lumhosting is the trading name of VINATI BISTRO LLC, based in COLUMBUS, OH. We sell Home Office Essentials products online and only online; there is no retail counter to visit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also undertake to give accurate, current and complete details when you order — an address typed wrongly is the single most common reason a parcel goes astray, and a carrier cannot correct it for us.

3. Your account

If you open an account, the login details are yours to protect and everything done under them is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@lumhosting.com the moment you suspect someone else has access, and we will help you secure it.

4. Products, descriptions and availability

Products are described as accurately as we can manage, including materials and measurements. Photographs are illustrative: screen calibration alters colour and a photograph cannot convey scale, which is why the dimensions on the page are the figure to rely on. We may change, restock or withdraw any listing at any time without notice, and an item shown on the site is not a guarantee of stock.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless the page says otherwise. Everything payable — item price, tax and any shipping charge — is shown before you confirm. We may adjust prices at any time, and where an obvious pricing or description error appears we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed on the strength of it, refunding you in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods, not when the confirmation email lands, and until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where a payment cannot be verified or where we suspect fraud. Cancellations from your side should be sent to support@lumhosting.com straight away; once an order has been processed or shipped, it may be too late to stop.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is captured at checkout through Shopify Payments on an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection. No hidden fees are added at any stage and no surcharge applies to one payment method over another.

8. Shipping

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and nowhere else. One service is offered — free standard shipping, with no minimum order and no expedited alternative. Processing, transit times and tracking are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and incorrect items received; change of mind is not covered. The eligibility rules, the deadlines and the exact procedure live in our Refund and Returns Policy, which also forms part of these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

When you use the store, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• interfere with its security, availability or normal operation;
• scrape, copy, mirror or republish its content without written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code of any kind;
• attempt to reach any part of the site, server or database you have not been given access to.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to Lumhosting and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, and reproducing or distributing the content without our written consent is not permitted.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are supplied on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep the store accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Lumhosting and VINATI BISTRO LLC accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your purchase of products, including lost data, lost revenue and lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumhosting, VINATI BISTRO LLC and the people working for them against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the store or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

16. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site is to be brought before the courts sitting in State of Ohio.
