Track Your Order
Every Lumhosting parcel travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the carrier takes the parcel from us — normally within 0-1 business days of your order — and standard delivery then runs 2-3 business days. Drop the number into the box below and we will send you straight to the carrier handling it.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What you will receive, and when
- Order confirmation — sent within minutes of a successful payment, with your order number on it.
- Shipping confirmation — sent at dispatch, carrying the tracking number for the parcel.
- Carrier updates — the carrier stamps its own tracking page at each handover until the parcel reaches your door.
If nothing seems to be moving
A freshly created label can take up to 24 hours to record its first scan, so a quiet day at the start is normal rather than a problem. If the tracking has been still for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, check the porch, the mailroom and with anyone else at the address first — then email support@lumhosting.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
